Sinch is open for business in Latin America

Here at Sinch, we’re proud to be a truly global company with a local presence in more than 40 countries. We have offices in places as diverse as Sweden, the US, and Singapore. And now, São Paulo, Brazil!
We’re thrilled to announce that TWW, which we acquired in October 2019, is now officially rebranded and an integrated part of Sinch. And to celebrate our expanded presence in Latin America, we have now launched a new regional website available in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
When we acquired TWW, the company served more than 3,000 businesses, both large and small, including many of Brazil’s leading enterprises in the banking, retail, and education sectors. In 2018 alone, TWW delivered 3.4 billion messages on behalf of its customers – and messaging volumes are continuously increasing.
And we can now proudly say that the TWW team in São Paulo are officially Sinchers! Plus with the addition of the Wavy team that will be joining Sinch in the coming weeks, we are super excited to be expanding this LATAM team to be able to provide best in class products, support, and expertise in this area.
With a population of 210 million, Brazil is the largest country in Latin America by population, GDP, and geographical size. It is the fifth most populous country in the world and is seeing rapid uptake in smartphone penetration and mobile internet usage. As customer engagement through mobile messaging becomes ever-more popular, we look forward to offering customers old and new our full range of next-gen messaging, voice, and video chat products.
