Bring your our AI, plug into ours, or use our ready-made applications that have AI capabilities built in. 

You can bring your own. Sinch is an open platform – you can build directly on Sinch APIs, connect your existing models via the MCP Server, or use Agent Builder to accelerate development. There’s no requirement to standardize on a single AI ecosystem. 

The Sinch MCP Server is a live integration that connects Sinch infrastructure directly to AI development environments. It’s currently in use by Claude, Cursor, and Google – giving AI agents native access to Sinch’s global delivery network without custom API work. 

Yes. Sinch is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that any compliant AI platform can connect to. The Sinch MCP Server gives AI assistants like Claude, development tools like Cursor, and agent builders including Google direct access to Sinch’s global infrastructure – so they can send messages, make calls, verify users, and handle compliance without custom API work for each platform.

It also works with the OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio. If your AI platform supports MCP, it works with Sinch.
