MessageMedia becomes Sinch Engage
Starting 28 July 2026, Sinch MessageMedia officially rebrands to Sinch Engage.
MessageMedia has been helping businesses connect with their customers for over 20 years. In 2021, Sinch acquired MessageMedia – bringing together trusted messaging expertise and a global communications network under one roof.

Starting 28 July 2026, the name catches up. Here’s everything you need to know.
What’s changing?
The name and brand
From 1 July, you’ll start to see the Sinch Engage name and branding across the platform and in your communications. The messagemedia.com website for AU and NZ will be retired on 1 September 2026 and will redirect to sinch.com/engage.
Your login page
Starting from 28 July, your account login redirects to: app.sinch.com/login.
Your existing MessageMedia login email and password stay exactly the same – just a new address to bookmark. Please note:
- You may be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) as part of the new login. This is required to help keep your account secure.
Support and status
Our help centre is moving to support.app.sinch.com, and our platform status page will now live at status.sinch.com. We recommend bookmarking both now.
Email notifications
Platform notifications will now come from noreply@app.sinch.com. Please add this address to your safe senders list so you don’t miss anything important.
Billing
No changes to your billing details, pricing, or payment process are required on your end. For our customers in Australia & New Zealand, starting in July, you’ll notice our legal entity name change from Message4U Pty Ltd to Sinch Pty Ltd. Rest assured, this is solely a name change; our ABN and all other account and payment details remain unaffected.
What’s not changing
Everything that matters about your day-to-day experience stays the same:
- Your account, contacts, templates, campaigns, and message history
- Your API connections and integrations
- Your customer contract terms and pricing
- Your same support team
- Your existing MessageMedia login email and password
- The reliable, secure messaging platform you’ve always counted on
The only things changing are the name, the branding, and a handful of URLs.
Things to do for a smooth transition
To make the transition as smooth as possible, here are a few things worth doing before 28 July:
- Bookmark your new login page: app.sinch.com/login
- Update your help centre bookmark: support.app.sinch.com
- Save our new status page: status.sinch.com
- Add to your safe senders list: noreply@app.sinch.com
- Update any internal documentation that references the old Sinch MessageMedia login URL or support site
What’s next?
While the MessageMedia name is changing, our mission isn’t. Sinch Engage offers the same easy-to-use, secure messaging platform for businesses that want to connect with customers across SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and more, from one hub – with the same trusted local team behind it.
Looking forward, this brand evolution means two things for current and new customers:
- Easily go global with a trusted local partner: Whether you’re messaging locally or expanding internationally, you now have the backing of Sinch’s global infrastructure and ecosystem combined with the local expertise and the support you’ve always counted on.
- Move faster together and gain more: As a unified global brand under Sinch, we can build and ship faster – which means more features, better innovation, and a platform that keeps pace with how your business communicates, especially in this AI era.

FAQ
What is changing?
MessageMedia is rebranding to Sinch Engage to create a more unified brand experience with its parent company, Sinch. For MessageMedia customers, this means the platform itself – including the login URL, in-app branding, support site, and website – will transition to Sinch Engage from 28 July 2026. The messagemedia.com website for AU and NZ will be retired on 1 September 2026.
How does this rebrand impact me as a MessageMedia customer?
From 28 July, you’ll notice new Sinch Engage branding across the platform. Your login URL will change to app.sinch.com/login, though your existing email and password remain the same. Your account, contacts, templates, campaigns, API connections, and contract
I’m a customer on another MessageMedia brand. Is anything changing for me?
There are no changes to your day-to-day app experience. You’ll continue to use your existing email address and password to log in, and all of your account information, including contacts, templates, campaigns, and billing details will remain unchanged.
The main change is that our support resources have moved and you’ll start to see communications from Sinch Engage rather than Sinch MessageMedia. You can now access the Support Site at support.app.sinch.com and the Status Page at status.sinch.com. For SMSB customers, your Support Site has also moved to support.app.sinch.com.
Where do I log in?
From 28 July, you’ll start being redirected to app.sinch.com/login when logging in. Your existing MessageMedia email and password will still work.
Note that this change will be phased over the end of July and early August, so don’t panic if it hasn’t changed on 28 July, it’ll be fully in place by mid-August.
What if I use SSO to log in?
If you use Single Sign-On, you may notice some changes to your login flow from 28 July. We’ll share specific guidance ahead of that date – your IT or admin team may need to update some settings, and we’ll provide everything you need when the time comes.
What is MFA, and will it affect me?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional security step that may be introduced for some users as part of this transition.
Will this change my pricing and billing?
No. The rebrand does not affect your contract terms, pricing, or billing cycle. For AU customers, your invoices and statements will begin showing “Sinch” from 1 July 2026.
What happens to the messagemedia.com website?
The messagemedia.com website for AU and NZ will be retired on 1 September 2026 and will redirect to sinch.com/engage. We recommend updating any saved or shared links after that date.
Will my APIs and integrations still work?
Yes. Your API connections and integrations are not impacted by the rebrand in any way. If you have questions about your specific setup, reach out to your Account Manager or our Support Team.
Is my data safe during this transition?
Absolutely. There is no migration of data – your contacts, templates, campaigns, and account history remain exactly where they are. This is a brand change, not a platform change.
How do I contact support?
You can reach our support team at here, or reach out to your Account Manager at any time. We’re happy to help.
