We are excited for our upcoming Pioneers Club – Email Chapter meeting! Please use the following FAQ as your first stop for finding information about the event. For any questions that are unanswered here, please reach out to Katie Brennan (katie.brennan@sinch.com).

Attendance is exclusively for current members of the Pioneers Club Email Chapter, Sinch leadership (Julia Fraser – EVP, Americas, Sophie Cheng, CMO) and Email and Messaging product experts at Sinch.

The gathering includes programming, hosted meals, networking events, and curated experiences throughout the two-night stay. Additional details will be shared shortly with confirmed attendees as the agenda and activities are finalized. 

Sinch will sponsor a host hotel for two nights for all members, September 23-25. For members presenting a session at the event, airfare will also be covered.

Arrive on Wednesday, September 23rd and depart on Friday, September 25th.

Yes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided. 

Wine country smart casual. Comfortable, polished attire is appropriate for both daytime sessions and evening events. 

Absolutely. Every aspect of the agenda, from shared meals to curated experiences, is designed to encourage authentic conversations and relationship building. 

A detailed agenda, speaker announcements, and experience information will be shared with registered attendees before the event.
