Offer Terms — 50% Off Offer (AU) 

1. The offer: The offer provides 50% off the monthly plan fee for Sinch Engage Standard Bundles (Basics, Conversations, Pro, Pro Plus, Advanced) for the first 3 months of service. The discount applies only to the applicable monthly plan fee and does not apply to carrier pass-through charges, number fees, add-on fees, usage/overage charges, or applicable taxes. From month 4, the then-current standard monthly plan fee applies automatically.

2. Eligibility: Available to new customers in Australia only — businesses without an active Sinch Engage account at the time of sign-up. Limited to one offer per account. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or individually negotiated pricing arrangement. Partner customers and customers signing up through a third party are excluded from this offer. The discount applies only to the Standard Bundle selected at sign-up and does not carry over if the customer changes to a different plan or bundle during the promotional period.

3. Offer period: Available for new sign-ups from 23 September to 31 December 2026. Customers who sign up within this period receive the discount for their full 3 months.

4. Usage: The Standard Bundle inclusions and allowances remain unchanged during the promotional period. Usage beyond plan inclusions is charged at the applicable standard overage rates. MMS and other usage charges are charged at the applicable standard rates. Optional add-on products and services are charged separately at their own applicable rates. Carrier pass-through charges, number fees and applicable taxes are also charged separately.

5. General: Sinch may withdraw or vary this offer at any time for future sign-ups. By participating in the offer, the customer agrees to these Offer Terms and the Sinch Engage Terms available at sinch.com/legal/terms-and-conditions/other-sinch-terms-conditions/sinch-engage/sinch-engage-terms/. In the event of any conflict between these Offer Terms and the Sinch Engage Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail solely to the extent of the conflict relating to this offer.
