We have some big news to share: Sinch has been named the 2025 Adobe Digital Experience Unified Customer Experience Technology Partner of the Year!

This marks our third consecutive Adobe partner award, and we couldn’t be more excited. It’s another milestone in our journey to help businesses build real connections with their customers, one interaction at a time.

A history of success at the Adobe Awards

Adobe’s Digital Experience Partner Awards recognize companies that are making an impact in the industry, and at Sinch we’re thrilled and honored to be among them. The Unified Customer Experience Technology Partner of the Year award highlights the power of our deep integration with Adobe’s ecosystem, which makes it easier for businesses to connect with their customers in meaningful ways.

In 2024, we were named the Adobe Digital Experience ISV Resell Partner of the Year after following the expansion of our Resell partnership to include also EMEA and ANZ. And in 2023, we received the Adobe Digital Experience Technology Partner of the Year – Customer Journeys award for helping businesses get faster to value realization and create better customer experiences with our natively integrated capabilities.

Our relationship with Adobe has been growing since 2019, when we began working together to help brands create timely, personalized customer interactions. In 2023, Sinch became a Platinum Technology Resell Partner, and Adobe started to resell Sinch’s SMS and MMS products with Journey Optimizer.

With Sinch SMS and MMS natively integrated into Journey Optimizer, businesses can add mobile messaging to their customer journeys to create seamless omnichannel interactions. The Resell partnership also allows businesses to procure Sinch messaging services directly through Adobe.

Ultimately, this partnership gives businesses a simple, reliable, and scalable way to connect with their audiences, making it easier for them to keep customers engaged.
