Law Enforcement Requests – Non US/Canada

This information is intended ONLY for law enforcement agencies (“LEAs”) of countries other than the United States and Canada. For LEA requests concerning US and Canadian phone numbers, please see Law Enforcement Requests.

Sinch acknowledges it has obligations to customers and to legal authorities and accordingly, our procedures are established to make a thorough assessment of requests and produce legally required records. Our procedures ensure that we only provide responsive information that meets our obligations to requesting legal authorities with whom interact. We only provide personal data in accordance with mandatory law of the relevant jurisdiction from which we receive the LEA request, and take appropriate security measures to protect such data.

All LEA requests (other than US and Canadian) for data and information, preservation, and preservation extension should be submitted to AuthorityRequests@Sinch.com. For LEA requests (other than US and Canadian) requiring in-person or mail service, please serve to the registered address of the company from which the information is requested.
