Wireless carriers charge carrier fees (also known as pass through fees) on all Toll free, A2P 10DLC, and Short Code numbers. This is an industry-wide change which affects all SMS service providers. These fees will be passed directly on to customers by Sinch Engage with no markup and will appear as a separate line item on invoices. You can read details about carrier fees here.

Yes! We can provision a short code, toll free number, or local number for you. We can equip your existing landline number to handle business text messaging. If you already have a toll-free number or 10DLC, we can help you enable it for text messaging on Sinch Engage.
Toll free numbers cost $25 per month, and we give you the first one free of charge. A2P 10DLC numbers cost $25 per month. Short codes start at $1,000 per month. If you are a high-volume sender, get in touch with sales for custom rates.
Yes, you can have multiple phone numbers in your account. All of our plans include one free toll-free number, and you can easily add and use distinct phone numbers for each of your subaccounts for your separate departments and locations.
