CAPAnesthesia PC provides anesthesia services across hospitals and surgical centers. With staff rotating daily, keeping the on-call roster clear and accurate was a constant challenge.
“There was lack of transparency as to who was on-call, whether or not they knew they were rostered on, and the occasional instance when people forgot who was on,” said Riaz Hooshmand, Anaesthetist at CAPAnesthesia.
To solve this, the team implemented Zapier SMS integration from Sinch Engage. By linking Google Sheets with SMS, daily roster updates were automated and sent directly to staff phones.
