The Sinch Engage AI Assistant is powered by the latest Azure OpenAI model, which is hosted in region-specific data centers to comply with local regulations – for example in Europe this adheres to GDPR compliance standards. Learn more about Azure OpenAI responsible AI here.
Our integrated solutions integrate natively with the AI solutions within each host application. Our strategic partnerships as Adobe’s Platinum Partner and connections with HubSpot AI, Salesforce Agentforce and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights offer additional pathways into the enterprise AI ecosystem.
Yes. All of Sinch Engage’s AI-driven features and workflows are built to protect sensitive data and comply with evolving regulations.
A Model Context Protocol (MCP) allows teams to transform how their applications communicate with AI models by enabling large language models (LLMs) themselves to connect to external data, tools, and services.
MCP follows a client-server architecture, where a host application such as Claude AI assistant, Cursor code builder, or Google agent builder can use one or more MCP servers. Each of these MCP servers can serve up information from data sources/APIs, and call APIs to act. The ‘MCP protocol’ is simple and based on open standards.
You can learn more here.
The Sinch Engage Model Context Protocol (MCP) server enables customers who build Agentic experiences to easily use Sinch Engage services for communication.
Our MCP server is separate from AI capabilities in other areas of our platform and solutions—such as our AI Assistant and AI-powered workflows in HubSpot, Salesforce, and other integrations.
All plans have access to our AI Assistant for campaign creations. Access to specific AI features within integrated platforms may vary.
