Symsoft AB, the operator division of CLX Communications AB (Publ) \u2013 XSTO:CLX, today launched a new whitepaper that explores how a consolidated real-time Policy and Charging Control (PCC) approach can enable and accelerate a telecom Operator\u2019s shift towards becoming a digital service provider. This change can provide competitive advantages from improvements in Quality of Service (QoS), cost efficiencies, improved work flow and increased customer satisfaction. Victor Fern\u00e1ndez, Product Manager at Symsoft and author of the paper explains, \u2018MNOs and MVNOs need to be aware of how digital transformation will impact them, how this can be used to stay ahead of the competition, and help provide new products for an increasingly demanding subscriber base\u2019. Fern\u00e1ndez continues, \u2018A consolidated Policy and Charging approach has the potential to make this digital transformation easier for the Operators\u2019. The white paper proposes a combined approach to the Policy and Charging function, giving more control over services to the subscriber.
