Arm\u00e1rios em nogueira quente ou branco cl\u00e1ssico? Puxadores em n\u00edquel escovado ou preto fosco? Qual \u00e9 o melhor layout para ver todos essas op\u00e7\u00f5es?  <\/p>\n\n<p>Para a The RTA Store, gerenciar essas conversas de forma eficaz significa comunicar-se com os clientes por meio de v\u00e1rios canais \u2014 email, telefone e SMS \u2014 com base em suas prefer\u00eancias. Esse sistema funcionou bem at\u00e9 a pandemia de COVID-19.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Houve um grande aumento no n\u00famero de reformas&#8221;, disse Michela. &#8220;Percebemos que muitos de nossos clientes diziam nunca ter recebido nada de n\u00f3s.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>A RTA Store precisava de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais robusta para lidar com o aumento do volume de clientes e, por isso, implementou o Zoho CRM. Logo, por\u00e9m, eles perceberam que a plataforma de SMS existente n\u00e3o conseguia acompanhar o ritmo de suas necessidades crescentes.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Quer\u00edamos que fosse um pouco mais moderno. Quer\u00edamos ter mais controle sobre o n\u00famero de mensagens que podemos enviar. Havia um limite no sistema antes de fazermos a transi\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, disse Michela.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criando uma experi\u00eancia de mensagens perfeita com o Zoho e a Sinch  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Depois de avaliar v\u00e1rias op\u00e7\u00f5es, a RTA Store escolheu os servi\u00e7os de SMS da Sinch e os integrou diretamente ao Zoho CRM. Essa integra\u00e7\u00e3o permitiu que eles automatizassem muitos dos pontos de contato com o cliente durante toda a jornada de compra.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Definitivamente, \u00e9 mais moderno e mais aprimorado porque podemos usar muita automa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, disse Michela. &#8220;\u00c9 como uma m\u00e1quina bem lubrificada.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>A integra\u00e7\u00e3o permite que a RTA Store envie mensagens de forma autom\u00e1tica em pontos-chave da jornada do cliente:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acompanhamento inicial do lead  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pedidos de feedback de design  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lembretes de pre\u00e7os e de carrinho abandonado  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es de remessa e rastreamento  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check-ins p\u00f3s-compra  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>&#8220;Muitos de nossos SMS para leads e quando um neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 fechado s\u00e3o autom\u00e1ticos&#8221;, disse Michela. &#8220;Na metade do tempo, nem precisamos tocar no SMS, a menos que seja uma resposta.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reengajando clientes inativos  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Um dos principais benef\u00edcios observados pela RTA Store \u00e9 a capacidade de reengajar clientes que talvez n\u00e3o respondessem a outros canais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;As pessoas est\u00e3o muito ocupadas para atender ao telefone ou responder a um email. Percebemos que recebemos respostas muito mais rapidamente via SMS&#8221;, disse Michela. &#8220;As mensagens de texto s\u00e3o uma \u00f3tima maneira de entrarmos em contato e obtermos uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>Michela percebeu que os clientes geralmente se sentem mais \u00e0 vontade para dar feedback honesto por SMS sobre pre\u00e7os e prefer\u00eancias de design. Isso ajuda a RTA Store a qualificar e converter mais leads em menos tempo.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construindo relacionamentos mais s\u00f3lidos com os clientes por meio de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida  <\/h2>\n\n<p>A mudan\u00e7a para a plataforma de SMS da Sinch permitiu que a RTA Store dimensionasse sua comunica\u00e7\u00e3o personalizada.
