L&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement visait \u00e9galement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la disponibilit\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 et la rentabilit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les installations nouvellement acquises disposaient de divers services vocaux d\u00e9connect\u00e9s, tels que des syst\u00e8mes sur site et des plateformes UCaaS tierces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chris Patterson, directeur informatique et responsable de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 HIPAA pour l&rsquo;Institut, devait \u00e9tablir une solution compl\u00e8te dans chaque \u00e9tablissement. Le nouveau syst\u00e8me n\u00e9cessitait une haute disponibilit\u00e9, une grande rentabilit\u00e9, la conformit\u00e9 HIPAA et un tableau de bord statistique avanc\u00e9. Nous avons travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec Florida Orthopaedic pour d\u00e9couvrir les besoins pr\u00e9cis de l&rsquo;Institut, puis avons recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;impliquer notre partenaire Synoptek pour rationaliser l&rsquo;ensemble du processus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensemble, nous avons explor\u00e9 comment r\u00e9unir toutes les localisations de l&rsquo;institut sous un m\u00eame toit tout en r\u00e9pondant aux besoins uniques de l&rsquo;organisation en mati\u00e8re de conformit\u00e9, de tableau de bord statistique et de budg\u00e9tisation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons pu cr\u00e9er une solution strat\u00e9gique rassemblant les \u00e9tablissements existants et ouvrant la voie \u00e0 un accompagnement plus rapide des futures fusions et acquisitions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinch fournit d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;infrastructure sous-jacente pour les services vocaux de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement, tandis que Synoptek est le nouveau partenaire de Direct Routing et fournit des solutions personnalis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins uniques de l&rsquo;organisation. Le r\u00e9seau vocal fiable de Sinch et l&rsquo;accompagnement sur mesure de Synoptek, des mod\u00e8les de tarifs flexibles \u2014 y compris un tableau de bord de statistiques Teams et un service client de premier ordre \u2014 ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 des cl\u00e9s de la r\u00e9ussite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;avenir, l&rsquo;institut pr\u00e9voit d&rsquo;introduire les SMS de Sinch et des services d&#8217;emailing pour am\u00e9liorer davantage ses communications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats : Un syst\u00e8me de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications coh\u00e9rent, rentable et fiable, pr\u00eat \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la croissance future<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle solution de l&rsquo;institut a unifi\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s des syst\u00e8mes t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques disparates, maintenu la conformit\u00e9, am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 de la voix, renforc\u00e9 la fiabilit\u00e9 et m\u00eame r\u00e9duit les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;exploitation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation a opt\u00e9 pour un mod\u00e8le de co\u00fbt par appel, ce qui est plus logique pour son utilisation que le mod\u00e8le typique de prix par utilisateur, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que de nombreux employ\u00e9s passent plus de temps avec les patients qu&rsquo;en ligne ou au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. L&rsquo;entreprise a constat\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de 73 % des d\u00e9penses de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications pour une division, qui a enti\u00e8rement fait la transition vers le nouveau syst\u00e8me \u2014 y compris les co\u00fbts t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques de 8 $ par utilisateur de la licence Teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;institut a connu 217 heures de service interrompu pendant les heures d&rsquo;ouverture sur trois mois avec son fournisseur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.
