Si les emails et les SMS sont largement utilis\u00e9s dans les quatre secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, les autres canaux ont des taux d&rsquo;adoption variables.<\/p><p>Par exemple, le commerce de d\u00e9tail est plus susceptible d&rsquo;utiliser d&rsquo;autres applications de messagerie (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.), contrairement au secteur de la sant\u00e9, qui privil\u00e9gie les communications vocales et la messagerie in-app. Les organisations de services financiers (FinServ) semblent \u00eatre les premi\u00e8res \u00e0 adopter le canal RCS (service de communication riche) \u00e9mergent, alors que les commer\u00e7ants sont peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 la tra\u00eene dans ce domaine. protection de la vie priv\u00e9e (44&nbsp;%), le co\u00fbt des communications clients (39&nbsp;%) et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des communications avec d&rsquo;autres syst\u00e8mes (38&nbsp;%) figurent parmi les trois plus grands d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever.<\/p><p>Toutefois, ces trois probl\u00e8mes familiers n&rsquo;ont pas devanc\u00e9 de beaucoup les autres d\u00e9fis de communication sugg\u00e9r\u00e9s aux participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate.  <\/p><p>Il est clair qu&rsquo;un grand nombre d&rsquo;entreprises dans les secteurs de la sant\u00e9, des services financiers, de la
