{"id":189995,"date":"2026-06-07T03:21:26","date_gmt":"2026-06-07T03:21:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sinch.com\/news\/les-mno-classent-clx-comme-fournisseur-de-niveau-1\/"},"modified":"2026-06-07T03:21:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-07T03:21:54","slug":"les-mno-classent-clx-comme-fournisseur-de-niveau-1","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/sinch.com\/fr\/actualites\/les-mno-classent-clx-comme-fournisseur-de-niveau-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Les MNO classent CLX comme fournisseur de niveau 1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CLX Communications (Nasdaq Stockholm: CLX), a leading global provider of cloud-based communications services and solutions, has been recognized as the best Tier One A2P SMS vendor in the world for a second year, according to a survey of mobile network operators conducted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roccoresearch.com\/tag\/roaming-consulting-company-ltd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Roaming Consulting Company<\/a> (ROCCO).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The survey measured mobile network operators&rsquo; (MNOs&rsquo;) perceptions of enterprise SMS providers on more than 35 KPIs of performance and leadership. 192 respondents representing 260 MNOs (including perceptions from 7 Group MNO respondees) in 188 Countries took part in the research, which is now in its second year. 32 A2P SMS vendors were evaluated in the report, only 5 making it to the prestigious Tier One status.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The survey rated CLX as top against competitors in key areas including; Customer Service, Quality of Service, Uptime Performance, Industry Expertise amongst others. As a research company ROCCO seeks really reliable feedback from MNOs on the best Vendors. With 32 companies within ROCCO&rsquo;s A2P SMS Messaging research, it&rsquo;s great to see that MNOs have consistent views over the last two years on both CLX and Mblox.
