Les services de TUI sont disponibles par le biais de 3\u00a0000\u00a0agences de voyages, du r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;agences TUI et du site Internet TUI.fr. Leurs marques francophones ont des objectifs distincts\u00a0: Club Marmara se sp\u00e9cialise dans les vacances actives et relaxantes\u00a0; Club Look\u00e9a propose des s\u00e9jours tout compris qui incluent du divertissement, du sport et des programmes pour les enfants et les adolescents\u00a0; et Nouvelles Fronti\u00e8res organise une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de voyages, tels que des visites guid\u00e9es, des voyages priv\u00e9s, des road trips, des s\u00e9jours en ville, des croisi\u00e8res et des voyages \u00e9v\u00e9nementiels.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;engagement des clients sur un march\u00e9 concurrentiel<\/h2>\n\n<p>Fin 2024, TUI a lanc\u00e9 sa campagne \u00ab\u00a0PRIMOS\u00a0\u00bb, une promotion incitative qui offrait des r\u00e9ductions sur les s\u00e9jours Club Marmara, Club Look\u00e9a et Nouvelles Fronti\u00e8res, \u00e0 condition que les clients r\u00e9servent leurs d\u00e9parts entre avril et octobre\u00a02025. Mais dans un pays o\u00f9 70\u00a0% de la population part en vacances en juillet ou en ao\u00fbt, il peut \u00eatre difficile de faire ressortir les offres hors saison dans les bo\u00eetes de r\u00e9ception des clients, dans les publicit\u00e9s et sur les sites de comparaison.<\/p>\n\n<p>TUI devait mettre en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie CRM multicanale pour augmenter les conversions, accro\u00eetre l&rsquo;engagement et la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des clients et favoriser les r\u00e9servations anticip\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une promotion irr\u00e9sistible.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement record gr\u00e2ce aux campagnes RCS<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pour maximiser l&rsquo;impact de la campagne, Sinch a recommand\u00e9 \u00e0 TUI d&rsquo;utiliser le RCS pour obtenir une r\u00e9ponse imm\u00e9diate \u00e0 une offre limit\u00e9e dans le temps.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les experts en messagerie de Sinch ont aid\u00e9 TUI \u00e0 concevoir et \u00e0 diffuser un message RCS concis et visuellement attrayant directement dans l&rsquo;application de messagerie native des clients, en int\u00e9grant un GIF anim\u00e9, un titre, un message et un bouton d&rsquo;appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;action (CTA).
