Will said that many gym customer relationship management (CRM) platforms bill by the text message but have low delivery rates. This gives Solution One Partners a fuller picture of what\u2019s resonating with gym members.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working together to help customers win<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chuze Fitness, one of Sinch and Solution One\u2019s mutual customers, is an excellent example of how this partnership plays out.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSolution One has been building these advanced workflows to walk Chuze\u2019s customers through this very particular customer journey \u2013 depending on what they click on, what they respond to, and how they reply,\u201d said Connor Brooks, Partner Manager for Sinch Engage North America.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sinch\u2019s messaging infrastructure carries all of it \u2013 SMS delivery, reporting, and now RCS, without either team having to manage a separate vendor relationship.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt\u2019s the perfect marriage,\u201d Connor said. \u201cChuze has the marketing and brand presence. Solution One has the fitness workflow game down.
