Mais pour Michele Brewer, responsable du d\u00e9veloppement commercial, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de ces prospects \u00e9tait plus difficile que n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n<p>Avant les SMS, elle s&rsquo;appuyait sur des appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques individuels pour entrer en contact avec les prospects. Les jours o\u00f9 elle \u00e9tait la plus productive, elle pouvait appeler un peu plus de 100\u00a0personnes, mais cela prenait du temps, \u00e9tait r\u00e9p\u00e9titif et ne garantissait pas de r\u00e9ponse. Le programme que l&rsquo;entreprise utilisait ne disposait pas non plus des capacit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour g\u00e9rer des actions \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, ce qui rendait impossible la prise de contact efficace avec des listes de clients plus importantes.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je passais des appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques individuels, un par un. Je pouvais ainsi toucher un peu plus de 100 personnes par jour. Cependant, le programme dont nous disposions\u2026 n&rsquo;avait tout simplement pas les capacit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour nous aider \u00e0 atteindre un grand nombre de personnes\u00a0\u00bb, explique Mme Brewer.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passer des appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques aux SMS<\/h2>\n\n<p>Conscient des limites des actions manuelles, Maaco Midwest a adopt\u00e9 Sinch Engage (anciennement MessageMedia) pour introduire les SMS dans sa strat\u00e9gie de communication client. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la messagerie SMS, Michele peut envoyer des mises \u00e0 jour et des promotions \u00e0 des centaines de clients \u00e0 la fois, rempla\u00e7ant ainsi un processus qui n\u00e9cessitait auparavant une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re d&rsquo;appels.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le SMS est tout simplement un meilleur moyen d&rsquo;entrer en contact avec les gens. Je re\u00e7ois plus de r\u00e9ponses avec les SMS et avec Sinch MessageMedia, parce que je peux atteindre des centaines de personnes en m\u00eame temps.\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare-t-elle.<\/p>\n\n<p>Au lieu de consacrer ses journ\u00e9es \u00e0 passer des appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques, Michele pouvait d\u00e9sormais communiquer avec un public plus large en quelques minutes, ce qui lui permettait de se consacrer aux autres priorit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise tout en s&rsquo;assurant que les clients recevaient des messages pertinents en temps voulu.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des r\u00e9ponses plus rapides et des prospects plus qualifi\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le SMS n&rsquo;a pas seulement permis de gagner du temps, il a aussi am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats. Les clients r\u00e9pondent plus rapidement aux SMS qu&rsquo;aux appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques, ce qui permet \u00e0 Michele d&rsquo;entamer davantage de conversations et de convertir les gens int\u00e9ress\u00e9s en prospects qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la messagerie bidirectionnelle int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 Sinch Engage (anciennement MessageMedia), les prospects pouvaient facilement r\u00e9pondre aux SMS, poser des questions ou confirmer des d\u00e9tails, ce qui permettait de passer plus rapidement du contact \u00e0 l&rsquo;engagement.
