Les indicateurs, par exemple les taux de livraison, varient selon les march\u00e9s, et l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe consacre une grande partie de son temps \u00e0 leur optimisation.&nbsp;\u00bb  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que ces messages ne repr\u00e9sentent qu&rsquo;une petite partie de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et de la vie quotidienne des clients, ils sont essentiels.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le souligne Alex, \u00ab&nbsp;si les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas acc\u00e9der \u00e0 nos produits, ils ne peuvent pas se garer, ce qui a des r\u00e9percussions sur l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;entreprise&nbsp;\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un partenaire de communication pour tous les march\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex recherchait un partenaire technologique ayant la m\u00eame port\u00e9e mondiale qu&rsquo;EasyPark Group et la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer. De plus, ils devaient pouvoir consulter les coordonn\u00e9es de la marque, comme son num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, son site et son adresse email, dans les d\u00e9tails du contact.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Alex, cette exp\u00e9rience de messagerie am\u00e9lior\u00e9e pourrait \u00eatre l&rsquo;atout n\u00e9cessaire pour transformer les conducteurs en utilisateurs r\u00e9guliers.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Une fois qu&rsquo;un client a t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 notre application, nous souhaitons maintenir la relation tant qu&rsquo;il conduit des v\u00e9hicules. Il est essentiel d&rsquo;instaurer cette confiance d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, de cr\u00e9er un climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de prot\u00e9ger les informations du compte. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que des solutions comme le RCS peuvent vraiment faire la diff\u00e9rence.&nbsp;\u00bb  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le meilleur&nbsp;? Nous avions donc tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 essayer.&nbsp;\u00bb  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le RCS obtient le feu vert<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex et son \u00e9quipe ont test\u00e9 le RCS en Allemagne.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Depuis son lancement, 40&nbsp;% des messages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9s avec le RCS en Allemagne, et le taux de livraison a grimp\u00e9 \u00e0 97,4&nbsp;%, ce qui est tr\u00e8s impressionnant&nbsp;\u00bb, affirme Alex. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons atteint les objectifs que nous nous \u00e9tions fix\u00e9s pour valider l&rsquo;essai, nous allons donc \u00e9tendre le RCS \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres march\u00e9s.&nbsp;\u00bb  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex envisage \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir une application du RCS pour d&rsquo;autres cas d&rsquo;utilisation que les mots de passe \u00e0 usage unique et les rappels de stationnement.
