Comme de nombreuses marques, Picard, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre entreprise alimentaire fran\u00e7aise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la fabrication et la distribution au d\u00e9tail de produits surgel\u00e9s, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tirer parti du potentiel des messages RCS (pour rich communication services, soit des services de communication riche) dans le cadre de sa strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;activation client pendant cette p\u00e9riode. Picard souhaitait comparer les performances de la messagerie RCS \u00e0 celles du SMS enrichi pour l&rsquo;une de ses plus importantes campagnes de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e : la campagne des f\u00eates de No\u00ebl !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Placer les produits Picard au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9paratifs de No\u00ebl des m\u00e9nages fran\u00e7ais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience unique <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Picard r\u00e9alise 25 % de ses ventes annuelles pendant les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Au-del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;importance \u00e9conomique de la p\u00e9riode, les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e sont \u00e9galement l&rsquo;occasion id\u00e9ale pour convaincre de nouveaux consommateurs, et les fid\u00e9liser en proposant des produits innovants et une exp\u00e9rience unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;approche des f\u00eates, le planning est bien charg\u00e9 : il faut penser aux cadeaux, \u00e0 la d\u00e9coration du sapin et, bien s\u00fbr, au fameux menu de f\u00eates ! Ce canal de communication permet aux exp\u00e9diteurs v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s d&rsquo;envoyer des messages de marque \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quel client \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un smartphone compatible avec le Rich Communication Services (pour l\u2019instant avant tout les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones Android), ce qui signifie plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de confiance, donc une meilleure relation client. La mise en place des fonctionnalit\u00e9s du RCS ont permis \u00e0 Picard de pr\u00e9senter sa campagne de mani\u00e8re convaincante, en tirant parti d&rsquo;un contenu multim\u00e9dia riche directement dans la messagerie textuelle des destinataires, notamment avec des carrousels de produits. Cela a encourag\u00e9 les utilisateurs \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er leur menu des f\u00eates personnalis\u00e9 rapidement et en toute simplicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le taux d&rsquo;engagement client \u00e9tait 42 % plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec la campagne RCS, m\u00eame si la population cible \u00e9tait deux fois plus petite que celle cibl\u00e9e avec le SMS enrichi. Le format RCS a \u00e9galement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 plus de 10 % de redirections vers le site que le SMS enrichi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le RCS est un format innovant qui nous a permis de communiquer de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s ludique et interactive avec nos clients. En effet, le caract\u00e8re conversationnel du RCS permet d\u2019apporter plus de valeur au consommateur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses contenus enrichis (photos, vid\u00e9os, GIF, boutons interactifs) directement au sein du canal de messagerie. Le RCS long est un format tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant pour les m\u00e9caniques de Personal Shopper afin de comprendre les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de nos consommateurs et leur proposer les produits ou plats qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 leurs envies.
