The messagemedia.com website for AU and NZ was retired on\u00a0<strong>1 September 2026<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0now\u00a0redirects to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sinch.com\/fr\/engage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sinch.com\/engage<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your login page\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As of August 2026, your account login\u00a0should redirect\u00a0to:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.sinch.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>app.sinch.com\/login<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<br\/>\u00a0<br\/>Your existing\u00a0MessageMedia\u00a0login\u00a0email and password\u00a0stay\u00a0exactly the same\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0just a new address to bookmark.\u00a0Please note:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u00a0may be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) as part of the new login.\u00a0\u00a0This is\u00a0required\u00a0to help keep your account secure.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Support and status\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our help centre\u00a0is now\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.app.sinch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>support.app.sinch.com<\/strong><\/a>, and our platform status page now lives at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/status.sinch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>status.sinch.com<\/strong><\/a>. Please add this address to your safe senders list so you don&rsquo;t miss anything important.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Billing\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No changes to your billing details, pricing, or payment process are required on your end.\u00a0For\u00a0our\u00a0customers in Australia &amp; New Zealand, starting in July,\u00a0you&rsquo;ll\u00a0notice our legal entity name change from Message4U Pty Ltd to Sinch Pty Ltd. The messagemedia.com website for AU and NZ was retired on 1 September 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How does\u00a0this rebrand\u00a0impact me as\u00a0a\u00a0MessageMedia\u00a0customer?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<br\/>From 28 July, Sinch\u00a0Engage branding began appearing across the platform. Your login URL changed to app.sinch.com\/login, though your existing email and password remain the same. Your account, contacts, templates, campaigns, API connections, and contract\u00a0are unaffected. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I&rsquo;m\u00a0a customer\u00a0on\u00a0another\u00a0MessageMedia\u00a0brand. Is anything changing for me?<\/strong>\u00a0<br\/>There are\u00a0no\u00a0changes to\u00a0your day-to-day app experience.\u00a0You&rsquo;ll\u00a0continue to use your existing email address and password to log in, and\u00a0all of\u00a0your account information, including\u00a0contacts, templates, campaigns, and billing details will remain unchanged.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main change is that our support resources have\u00a0moved\u00a0and\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0start to see communications from Sinch Engage rather than Sinch\u00a0MessageMedia. You can now access the Support Site at support.app.sinch.com and the Status Page at\u00a0status.sinch.com. For SMSB customers, your\u00a0Support Site has also moved to support.app.sinch.com.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Where do I log in?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Login how redirects to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.sinch.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>app.sinch.com\/login<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0Your\u00a0existing\u00a0MessageMedia\u00a0email and password\u00a0will still work.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is MFA, and will it affect me?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<br\/>Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds a second login step, like a code or app approval, on top of your password. If you don&rsquo;t already have MFA set up, you&rsquo;ll add it the next time you log in. It&rsquo;s required and takes about two minutes. If your organization hasn&rsquo;t migrated to our <a href=\"https:\/\/support.app.sinch.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/15734000123663-Sinch-ID-SSO-SAML\">new authentication system yet<\/a>,\u00a0you can still log in using our\u00a0fallback\u00a0option:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Simply navigate to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.sinch.com\/login\">app.sinch.com\/login<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Login another way<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb link\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter\u00a0your\u00a0email address,\u00a0and\u00a0click continue to be redirected to your usual SSO provider.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Will this\u00a0change\u00a0my pricing and billing?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<br\/>No. The\u00a0rebrand does not affect your contract terms, pricing, or billing cycle.\u00a0For AU customers, your invoices and statements will begin showing\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Sinch\u00a0\u00bb from 1 July 2026 onward.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What happens to\u00a0the\u00a0messagemedia.com\u00a0website?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<br\/>The messagemedia.com website for AU and NZ was retired on 1 September 2026 and now redirects to sinch.com\/engage. We recommend updating any saved or shared links after that date.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Will my APIs\u00a0and integrations still work?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<br\/>Yes. Your API connections\u00a0and integrations\u00a0are not\u00a0impacted\u00a0by the rebrand in any way.\u00a0If you have questions about your specific\u00a0setup, reach out to your Account Manager or our Support Team.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Is my data safe during this transition?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<br\/>Absolutely.
