D&rsquo;ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, neuf organisations sur dix auront un agent d&rsquo;AI actif en production sur un ou plusieurs de leurs canaux. <\/p><p><b>Mais 74 % de celles qui l&rsquo;ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait ont \u00e9t\u00e9 forc\u00e9es de faire marche arri\u00e8re <\/b>ou de fermer ces agents. Parmi les organisations qui d\u00e9crivent leurs garde-fous comme pleinement matures, le taux de retour en arri\u00e8re est de 81 %.  <\/p><p class=\"mb-0\">Depuis le d\u00e9but, le march\u00e9 s&rsquo;est tromp\u00e9 de ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. Nous pensions que le passage en production \u00e9tait la partie difficile. Les donn\u00e9es montrent que ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas. Celles ne d\u00e9clarant aucun retour en arri\u00e8re ne g\u00e8rent pas n\u00e9cessairement des programmes d&rsquo;AI plus propres. Dans de nombreux cas, elles manquent simplement de surveillance pour savoir quand quelque chose tourne mal.  <\/p><p class=\"mb-0\">L&rsquo;explication la plus probable, supported par les donn\u00e9es plus larges, est que les <b>programmes \u00e9chouant \u00e0 81 % &#8211; ceux qui ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 des garde-fous pleinement matures &#8211; n&rsquo;\u00e9chouent pas parce qu&rsquo;ils sont mal g\u00e9r\u00e9s. <\/b>Ils \u00e9chouent parce que leur <a href=\"https:\/\/sinch.com\/blog\/responsible-ai-mwc-2024\/\">surveillance am\u00e9lior\u00e9e leur permet de d\u00e9tecter des probl\u00e8mes que d&rsquo;autres ne peuvent pas rep\u00e9rer<\/a>. dans les services professionnels. Le probl\u00e8me est universel. <\/p><p>Le march\u00e9 a suppos\u00e9 que la complexit\u00e9 de la conformit\u00e9 entra\u00eenait un taux d&rsquo;\u00e9chec plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, mais nos donn\u00e9es ne confirment pas cela. La sant\u00e9 convertit le moins de pilotes en production mais s&rsquo;aligne sur toutes les autres industries \u00e0 travers les 19 mesures de conformit\u00e9 et de confidentialit\u00e9, et son taux de retour en arri\u00e8re se situe juste \u00e0 1 point au-dessus de la moyenne mondiale. Dans les services financiers, les organisations disposant des garde-fous les plus matures sont \u00e9galement les plus avanc\u00e9es dans le d\u00e9ploiement : chaque \u00e9tape franchie dans la maturit\u00e9 des garde-fous rend une organisation deux fois plus susceptible d&rsquo;op\u00e9rer au niveau le plus avanc\u00e9. Mais le taux de retour en arri\u00e8re est de cinq points inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne, \u00e0 69 %. <\/p><p>Le march\u00e9 a \u00e9galement suppos\u00e9 que les secteurs orient\u00e9s vers la technologie avaient trouv\u00e9 une solution. Et bien que les entreprises technologiques aient le taux de retour en arri\u00e8re le plus bas \u00e0 66 %, ce n&rsquo;est que de 8 points inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne mondiale.
