How to use the new dashboard<\/h2>\n\n

You can start using the new Campaign Metrics Dashboard today.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Navigate to Campaign Reports: <\/strong>From your Sinch Engage account, go to \u00abCampaign Reports\u00bb under the \u00abMessaging\u00bb section in the main menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Switch to Campaign Performanc<\/strong>e: You will land on the Campaign list table which shows individual details of all your campaigns. Click on the \u00abCampaign Performance\u00bb tab to view the new metrics dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. View the data that matters to you: <\/strong>Use the filters and date picker to view the performance of all your campaigns, or just the details of those that matter most.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
