Durante m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os, ha ayudado a los brasile\u00f1os a alcanzar sus metas financieras a trav\u00e9s de \u201cconsorcios\u201d, que son pr\u00e9stamos que hacen posible que los consumidores compren autom\u00f3viles, bienes ra\u00edces, electrodom\u00e9sticos y otros bienes o servicios como parte de un grupo. Cada cliente paga una cuota mensual por el mismo tipo de bien o servicio, con la opci\u00f3n de adquirir su art\u00edculo de una de tres maneras: completando el plazo del pr\u00e9stamo, haciendo una oferta ganadora o ganando un sorteo mensual para pagar su pr\u00e9stamo individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objetivo: una experiencia de reservas sencilla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el sistema de reservas anterior, se dirig\u00eda a los clientes potenciales de WhatsApp a una experiencia web m\u00f3vil basada en el calendario para completar su reserva. Pero esta transici\u00f3n dio como resultado un porcentaje de abandono del 92 %. El equipo quer\u00eda automatizar completamente el proceso a trav\u00e9s de WhatsApp para reducir el abandono, los tiempos de espera de los clientes y la necesidad de intervenci\u00f3n de los agentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soluci\u00f3n: un toque humano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Cons\u00f3rcio Magalu, un primer paso importante para atraer a nuevos clientes es facilitarles reunirse con agentes bancarios que puedan responder sus preguntas sobre pr\u00e9stamos. Lamentablemente, la experiencia de reservas anterior, que dirig\u00eda a los visitantes a un sitio fuera de WhatsApp despu\u00e9s de haber entablado contacto dentro de la aplicaci\u00f3n, estaba causando una ca\u00edda significativa del tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cons\u00f3rcio Magalu sab\u00eda que necesitaba encontrar un enfoque m\u00e1s simple e intuitivo que facilitara a los visitantes reservar citas. Para ello, Cons\u00f3rcio Magalu se asoci\u00f3 con el proveedor de soluciones estrat\u00e9gicas Sinch e implement\u00f3 WhatsApp Flows, una soluci\u00f3n que puede ayudar a las empresas a dise\u00f1ar, crear y personalizar recorridos de usuario, lo que puede mejorar las soluciones de bot de chat y agentes de IA y ayudar a las marcas a crear experiencias m\u00e1s atractivas. El equipo us\u00f3 WhatsApp Flows para crear una nueva experiencia de reservas integral para los usuarios completamente dentro de WhatsApp. Luego, implement\u00f3 esta experiencia actualizada tanto para los clientes existentes como para los nuevos clientes potenciales que hab\u00edan hecho previamente una consulta sobre pr\u00e9stamos en el sitio web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva experiencia de WhatsApp Flows se comparti\u00f3 tanto con visitantes org\u00e1nicos como con visitantes de or\u00edgenes de marketing pagados. El primer mensaje de WhatsApp notificaba a cada cliente potencial las \u00faltimas condiciones de pr\u00e9stamo de Cons\u00f3rcio Magalu para pr\u00e9stamos de bienes ra\u00edces, autom\u00f3viles, motocicletas, servicios, productos electr\u00f3nicos y muebles. Tambi\u00e9n mostraba los horarios comerciales de la empresa y animaba a las personas a programar una cita con Cons\u00f3rcio Magalu mediante el bot\u00f3n \u201cReservar\u201d. Un mensaje de seguimiento dirig\u00eda a los clientes a encontrar una fecha u hora para su cita mediante las opciones de \u201cComprobar\u201d. Luego, el cliente ingresaba a un flujo de WhatsApp para elegir la fecha, la hora y el tipo de cita (presencial, videollamada o llamada telef\u00f3nica) que prefer\u00eda, con tan solo unos simples toques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de seleccionar \u201cConfirmar cita\u201d, los visitantes ten\u00edan la opci\u00f3n de realizar una encuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n sobre su experiencia de reservas.
