mt-lg-4\"><p>Die meisten Interaktionen mit dem Support finden vor und nach einem Kauf oder einem anderen Austausch mit Ihren Kunden statt.<\/p><p>Unsere Umfrage ergab, dass rund 31 % der Befragten Support-Mitteilungen per E-Mail w\u00fcnschen, aber das sind weit weniger als die Pr\u00e4ferenzen f\u00fcr Werbe- und Informationsmitteilungen.<\/p><p>Zur Unterst\u00fctzung steht ein Neuling an der Spitze.  <b>21 % geben an, dass sie einen Live-Chat mit einem Menschen w\u00fcnschen.<\/b>  Rund 5 % w\u00e4hlten einen KI-Chatbot als ihre erste Wahl.<\/p><p>Der Sprachkanal ist auch ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Kundensupports, und <b>19 % der Verbraucher w\u00e4hlten ein Call Center <\/b>f\u00fcr die telefonische Kommunikation.<\/p><p class=\"mb-0\">Aber die 8\u202f% der Verbraucher, die eine Die Befragten w\u00e4hlten alle Aufgaben aus, die sie wahrscheinlich w\u00e4hrend dieser Interaktionen erledigen wollten. Technischer Support und vertrauensw\u00fcrdige Beratung geh\u00f6rten zu den vier wichtigsten Optionen, aber die Verbraucher wollen auch die grundlegenden Dinge wie die Aktualisierung von Bestellungen
