Aber auch die Kehrseite ist wahr: Uninteressante Kundenerlebnisse vertreiben Kunden und es ist schwieriger denn je, sie zur\u00fcckzugewinnen.&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"mb-0\">F\u00fcr Unternehmen, die sich die neuen technologischen M\u00f6glichkeiten zu Nutze machen, er\u00f6ffnen sich jedoch enorme Chancen.
